Ralph, It is a DH offense to post a picture like that and not include a link or details of how you made the plants. Some of them look unique and I'm not sure what materials you used. So, spill the beans or face the consequences. Dave |

It looks to me like the palm-style trees might be the modular plastic foliage that came with the 3rd edition 40K boxed set:
It should be a DH offense not to give us closer shots, too. |

Thanks guys ! Yes, GW was one of the sources … and a number of others ! And on the gaming table, I place about 25-50mm between each of these terrain pieces. Still have to be able to move your models around. This is just how they are in my display cases … As requested … more pics here > link

Mine are buried away in a box right now, but back when I was constructing alien vegetation, I made a bunch by taking plastic sprues and heating them over a candle, then stretching and twisting into assorted shapes. While wearing a respirator! |
