Just imagine …

From among the ranks of your enemy (15mm or 28mm) spring little swarms of these tiny (6mm) demonic-looking guys.*

But there's a problem with the arrows they fire. Whoever they hit turns against the nearest person with the utmost violence. You see, the little dart-sized arrows do the opposite of the arrows fired by Cupid. They bring out the absolute worst rage of anyone they strike, and it's directed against the closest person, be it friend or foe.

QUESTION
Has anyone ever thought of the concept, of an ‘anti-Cupid' arrow? Is that ever used in any Fantasy universe or set of rules?
