The latest symptom of "Network Centric" Warfare. If the Bleeped text hits the fan, nobody cares if you have a Wi-Fi enabled cappuccino machine. If you don't have SONAR and torpedoes, what the Bleeped text are you doing? Apparently, the Bundesmarine wasn't content to sit back and watch the US Navy's LCS debacle, they needed to have one of their own.
