While having a clearout of my loft cupboards, I came across an almost mint (just some biro markings on the floorplans) copy of the show programme, which contains full rules for the War of the Daleks participation game by Peter Merritt, John Treadaway and Kevin Dallimore of the Warlords.
Happy to send it to anyone willing to pay postage.
