Can a Common NATO-Pacific Frigate be Built?

So the answer to NATO not following the high-low mix and the US not paying any attention is to play the "hey let's all get this ship" game where when costs skyrocket and interested buyers back out and we get to pay more per unit. I wonder if we've ever done that before? I wonder if the purchasers of said ships will stop and think about that?

Well, aside from the US and UK, which NATO navies have obligations in the Pacific?

Though what a "Pacific Frigate" really means is one that can carry 90+days of food and spare parts onboard, along with enough creature comforts to prevent the crew from going psycho. None of the NATO navies (aside from US and UK) have built such a ship since the Age of Sail.
