I have tried about six times to get hold of the Flag Dude over the past three months, both through his site and email. Emails bounce back and the image verification of the site is not working so you can't send anything through the web site. I am used to long delays in repsonse but this the longest. Is Rick OK? |

I saw him last month at The Muster and he was AOK. He's due to be at Cold Wars this coming weekend. |

I talked to him not too long ago. Placed an order for Cold Wars. CALL him. Not email. |

Well I am glad that he is OK. Thanks for letting me know. |

Rick has been caught up in real life issues for some time & hasn't been on top of his Flag business for a while. That said, when you do get hold of him he will pull out all the stops to get your order to you and I think the flags are worth the wait. I would suggest that if you don't get any joy with e-mails give him a call on the phone number shown on the website. |

"when you do get hold of him he will pull out all the stops to get your order to you" Shouldn't he pull out all the stops when he gets the order and payment? All these tales of woe with multiple suppliers in this hobby. Doesn't matter if he's a big firm or a small one. If a supplier can't fulfill orders in a reasonably timely manner due to temporary or chronic issues, the supplier should stop taking new orders, contact existing customers, fully inform them of the delay, give an ETA, and offer to cancel their order and refund their money. Lots of excuses for not supplying the goods, but there never seems to be any issue in getting paid. |
