Does anyone make a miniature of the Crimson Ghost? I found one on Etsy but it is made of resin so I fear it may be brittle plus it costs $12. USD Would love to have him in some pulp games.

Could you convert him from the Pulp Figure in this pack?

He's not bad, probably the closest I have seen but I have never converted a miniature and this would need serious skill I think. Could be worth considering if I can can figure out how to do the work. Thanks for the suggestion.

You could get a pack of cheap skeletons from Reaper's Bones range, and "clothe" a figure in tissue paper.

Those minis look cool!

I looked at Reaper's range and found one that I think would make a decent Crimson Ghost (it is called Mr. Bones) with some conversion but after thinking about it, I think I may just give the one on Etsy a go. The Reaper mini also appears to made of some sort of resin or plastic plus I have zero experience in converting miniatures and would possibly need several attempts to even get close to what I want, with much wasted time and money being the end result. Thanks to everyone for the suggestions.
