Are there AAA/ADA stats/rules for the 40K IG Manticore Missile Launcher ? Can it shoot down aircraft ?

I believe that all special AAA weapons get a +1 to hit targets with the FLY characteristic, while everyone else gets a -1 to hit.

The manticore is not an anti-air weapon, but with its 2d6 shots that would hit flyers on a 5+ you would at least have a chance of damaging most flyers. You'd be very lucky to shoot one down. You'd be better off targeting a ground target with the manticore and attacking flyers with something else.

Hmmm … ? Thanks guys ! I play Epic 6mm, so I'm looking for 40K rule info. I wonder if there are actual stats ? Where are all the 40K guys ? Here's where I got the AAA intel about the Manticore: link

in Epic they were able to act as AAA. I don't think that they have the rule in 40k. I don't have my Astra Militarum book with me, I had to search for 40k Manticore Datasheet on google images.

I did get suggestions on TAC CMD to used Hydra or Hunter stats … which IMO either would work … Leaning towards Hunter as it is a missile system just like the Manticore …
