Can anyone tell me how tall these are please?
I want them to be a little shorter than the Mirliton Grenadier Elves. |

If those are standard 1" bases they seem short. |

Ha! That's a clever idea. I superimposed the picture of an orc onto a grid. If the base is 25mm wide, then the figure comes out at about 31mm tall to top of head. That might make them taller than the Grenadier Elves, but hard to tell unless someone can put them side-to-side. |

Approx 30mm from feet to top of head, might vary slightly between figures dependent on the pose. Hope this helps. Mark cpmodels.co.uk |

Thanks for that confirmation, Mark. Your Orcs are closest to the image of the Trolls I get from Poul Anderson's ‘Broken Sword' which is what I'm after. If the Grenadier Elves are a little shorter, there are tricks I can play with the basing. I will get some samples of each to see how they go together, but I am currently optimistic. |

Just wanted to add for the benefit of anyone following this thread that now I have the samples I can confirm that the Grenadier Elves are about 1-2mm taller than the CP Model Orcs. Both ranges are nicely sculpted and cleanly cast and are a good match for each other IMO. |
