One of this month's games at the DWG was a free scenario from the Too Fat Lardies, "Over the Hill" recreating the bitter hedgerow fighting that characterised much of the Normandy campaign.

A fun game was had by all manoeuvring among the hedgerows, and you can see how the game turned out by following the link to the club blog.

I've played this scenario, talk about a blast from the past, an old scenario of the month.

Didn't that scenario originally have a Churchill instead of the troop of Shermans?

Yes this is a 'rave from the grave' but having read it numerous times but not played it previously I think it has lots of replay value as I found myself thinking of a few different ways to play it.

I don't remember any Churchill's though, although it might be fun having them as an alternative.
