One of this month's games at the DWG was a free scenario from the Too Fat Lardies, "Over the Hill" recreating the bitter hedgerow fighting that characterised much of the Normandy campaign.
A fun game was had by all manoeuvring among the hedgerows, and you can see how the game turned out by following the link to the club blog. link Jonathan (JJ) |

Didn't that scenario originally have a Churchill instead of the troop of Shermans? |

Yes this is a 'rave from the grave' but having read it numerous times but not played it previously I think it has lots of replay value as I found myself thinking of a few different ways to play it. I don't remember any Churchill's though, although it might be fun having them as an alternative. Cheers JJ |
