I just received my Travel Battle game from the Perrys. So far I have opened it up and looked at all the pieces several times. I need to get some small hobby cutters to cut the pieces carefully off the sprues. I bought some of the gray figures sold separately in the hope that they would be light gray. They are more of a battleship gray, so not the best Austrian color. I will probably try spray painting with a Krylon white or light gray color. I will let you know if I discover anything exciting. |

Found the game to be OK but nothing special. Suspect the Napoleonic gamers will hate it. |

We are told we do not need a search engine any more……. To be fair this is one occasion when Google does indeed find so much about this set as discussed here in great detail. Just try; "Travel Battle Perry TMP"………. Much expert input. Stress I do not throw dice and have not done so since mid 1970s. My 1/300 Heroics and Ros WWII Airborne and Amphibious Assault games made Spielberg's SPR movie look like a Disney cartoon. Massacred every time. So I went to 1/72 WWI…..hardly a man got over the parapet of the trench. Painted figures since |
