I very much doubt that Aliens could have had any effect on WWII after more than a few weeks. Until the micro bacteria problem, that so befuddled the great Martian effort of 1898, was solved by the Aliens, any large scale intervention would have been out of the question. This would have left only a series of random Predator attacks. As the Predator species seems to favor locations such as Central America, California and Antarctica where little or no WWII fighting took place the effect would have been infinitesimal.
