Very nicely set up game. The music was great. The details of the battle were quite good, I like the various markers used to indicate movement and casualties. The listing of the combats And the running score Made the battle quite easy to follow.

I had two questions. I saw at least one horde that was recoiled it seems by LH. I thought they only Recoiled help from shooting. In the big battle game loss of a horde does count against the total army loss but does not count against command demoralization. I could not tell if you counted the hordes in the demoralization. Such a close run game, very well played.

I have big battle armies for Spartacus in 15 and 25 mm, but I have never even looked at the Servile War lists before. Those are quite interesting. I specially like the idea of having bandits :-)

Thank you for the input! Trying to give our battle reports a more theatrics feel.
But it does document the mistakes. Yea the Hd should have not recoiled. We did count the loss of the Hoards and Scythed Chariot only for army loss and not demoralization. Also by the way the camp loss was 2 against each command for demoralization, but just two toward the army break point.
