If you are looking for something from the other side of the table – "Devil's Adjutant: Jochen Peiper, Panzer Leader" by Michael Reynolds would be a good choice.

I just read it this last winter.

I'm looking at the Amazon reviews for "A Time for Trumpets", and the recurring complaint is that there are no maps in it. Is there a good set of maps for the Bulge., like the old West Point maps for Napoleonic Wars, or the ACW, that would go well with the book??
