My first attempt at a blog, not a great deal there yet, but hopefully over the next few weeks I can add more to it. I am looking at adding more WW2 Bolt Action stuff, been doing a bit more painting, finished off a couple of tanks, also looking at adding more Sci-fi stuff including spaceship gaming with Stars & Lasers, and 15mm / 28mm figures as well ( probably using FUBAR rules, not 100% sure yet ) And if life / work / other commitments allow, I will try and get some Sword and Spear stuff 15mm / 28mm, and Kings of War games up as well… and anything else I do over the next few months. Hopefully you will find something there of interest.

Cheers guy's, I am having fun putting stuff together for the blog, still very new to it though so it does take a little time for me to get it all together, I am sure other more experienced people manage it a lot quicker. I also do need to work out the right settings for my camera, as some of the pictures are not that great. |

I played my first couple of games of Napoleonics this spring although a different rule set was used. I think depending on the scale of the game (brigade level?)the effect of skirmishers is considered to be inconsequential. In the rules we used I don't think volley fire was even a thing but I may be mis-remembering. |

@Codsticker Shako 2 seems good for most things but the musket fire / volley fire just seemed a bit odd… we couldn't hit anything!! but it has been pointed out that we may have been interpreting the rules slightly wrong! They should have been better than how we found them, next time should be better. |
