What uniforms did the jacobite riders wear? my guess is that same as the infantry with tartan and bonnets but I might be mistaken |

What little there was would have worn typical C18th dress, possibly with added bonnets & tartan sashes. link Baggot's Hussars (a very small unit) are interesting if you don't mind fielding more of them than actually existed. This might help: link link |

BTW Baggots' hussars' jackets were tartan. |

Old Glory sells a bag of Baggott's Hussars. You can also get heads with Highland bonnet from Kings Mountain for conversions. |

Believe it or not, I have lost Culloden to the Jacobite cavalry! Doesn't matter their numbers or quality, if enemy cavalry arrive in back of you, you break! |
