I resisted for nearly two and a half years from buying any of the new Age of Sigmar mini. ranges, with the exception of a few Orruk Gore Gruntas.

But these latest Nurgle releases were just too cool to resist! The Great Unclean One is a magnificent sculpt, and a massive model in 28mm. It's one of the best chaos daemons I've ever seen done in plastic. The sprues are ingeniously designed, the total assembly only took about an hour.

Plus, as always with GW you get enough variant parts to build an entire second daemon. There's a second head, a second set of arms, a second set of weapons, a wizard staff, nurglings, etc. With some modeling putty you can literally make a second kit with the leftovers that are meant for Rotigus, the wizard variant of the model.

On Ebay I was able to get him for $100.00 USD even plus shipping, which was $40.00 USD off the retail price.

Here's some size comparison pics. that show how truly massive it is in 28mm scale!!

IT is a pretty impressive model. I'll have one someday. The $140 USD price tag is pretty reasonable given the size and quality of the model.

I need 2, but haven't bought one yet.
