My father in 1975. He was a battalion commander stationed in South Korea. This was a local fair for charity (I think) and he did his bit. His confidence in the noodle armed locals was sadly unwarranted. He had to replace the paper and the cigar. The suit was one of them new-fangled drip dry affairs. Just discovered this in a box of old photos…. |
