Has anyone ordered from "Figures in Comfort" since Eric sold it?

I note their website now shows an address in South Petherton in Somerset in the UK.

I messaged them a few weeks ago but did not receive any reply.

Thank you.

I think they're dead in the water.

I made an order not realizing that they had changed hands, haven't had any communication except automated email over a 4 week period.

Opened up paypal dispute, but not hopeful.

Apparently not.

Cases and foam arrived over the last couple of days, so it seems they are still live, but you may need to give them a sharp prod to get any movement.

I suspect they are properly dead now. Unfortunately, their website is up and taking orders. They took my money in the first 2020 lockdown but I never saw the goods. And they do not respond to any communications. Shame. I liked their kit.

Another dead report from me. Their web site no longer works, I can't login and when I tried to register again using the different address, the same thing happened.
