This is a classic contest between Rome and the Hun. Using an army of light horse archers, whether they be Scythian, Parthian or Hsuing-Nu and gain a victory against an army with a balance mix of troops can be difficult. We use the larger board (80cm x 80cm) with mid-sized terrain pieces which can offer advantages to either side if placed well. link Cheers, Robert |

Huns can realistically have a lot of other troop types from allies and subjects. They'd tempt me if anyone made decent 10mm early Franks. |

There are four lists for the Huns covering different periods and locations offering plenty of subject races. I can't help with the 10mm Franks but can say fashion and hair style would change over time. There are traditional looking ‘Franks' in my collection, but the recently completed Merovingian have solid colour tunics and lack the top-knot. |

Just as well, really. I have four armies simmering already! |

Great looking games, Robert. Not surprised that the Hun took 2 of 3 games. I've never fared well against armies comprised of light horse. Thanks for sharing. |
