My son was looking to order a handful of 20mm miniatures for a game that we had come up with. So I told him to find some that he liked & we would order them. He eventually came across Covert Intervention Games. So I clicked on their about us page. I liked the fact that it's veteran owned , " we provide you a legendary experience", "we will surprise and delight you as customers.", & " we create jobs and hire the hard working people to support themselves and their families locally." At the very end it says Please reach out to us soon and let's us know how we can make your hobby awesome. What's not to like about this? They seemed pretty squared away so I placed my order on January 23rd with the 2 day delivery option. Shortly after the order was placed I got a confirmation email for the order, then 2 follow up emails from one of the company's founders thanking me for my business and saying if there's anything else we can help you with please reach out to us without hesitation. I thought wow these people are good to go and there was no mention that any of the products were out of stock or on back order. Not to mention its only 81 miles away in the next state, I couldn't believe the good luck. Sadly this hasn't been the case. After a week I sent an email inquiring about the orders status. No response. I was thinking maybe they sold out or the items are no longer available, maybe their just really busy. I was just hoping for some sort of response to let me know what was up. No dice, I've sent a total of 5 emails and left one voice message with negative results. The last email was sent out because paypal advised to try contacting the seller(again). Is it to much to ask for a simple reply? I was really expecting more from a veteran owned business. Not what I expected from fellow brothers in arms. Think i'll stay with the 3 U.S. companies I normally order from and the 2 UK & the one guy from Russia. They may not have everything I'm looking for but their reliable & have quick shipping. I'm done ranting for now.

Try Syr Hobbs. These Covert Intervention guys look to be reselling Elhiem stuff, and Syr Hobbs is an excellent US-based stockist of these. Never had a problem with them, with 6-7 years being a customer.

Sorry you had bad luck!

Hoping the PayPal resolution center can get this squared away.
