Who makes 28mm Carthaginians for the wars in S Sicily during the 5th and 4th centuries?

They had been fighting Greeks for some time by that time…I am not an expert in that particular period of Carhtagianin history, but I rather suspect they would have similar armor (linothorax, scale, and some bronze curiasse). Look at Victrix Limited's Carthies (not the Carthy veterans in Italy with Roman armor). They also have unarmored citizen soldiers, and then of course there would probably be Greek mercenaries and Libyans and Numidians in some capacity. Victrix has figures for all of these.
