Anyone know what happened to Ancient & Modern Army Supplies (Donnington). Most of their website appears to be gone, and goggle doesn't help. There is only a main page. No product or shopping pages. It's been like that for several weeks. |

I'm able to get to the site I have bookmarked: http://shop.ancient-modern.co.uk Everything there looks fine so far. I even did a little shopping of the Burgundians and Swiss just now. :-) - Ix |

Thanks for that link, Dervel. Donnington has some great looking figures. The Camp and Baggage items under "New Era" are terrific. |

My pleasure and your are correct, some of the best baggage stuff around. They have a couple terrific dead Elephants models too. I bought some direct at Warfare 2014 in Reading. The new era stuff is fantastic and they are not as well known as they should be! I have since ordered them successfully to the US, so direct orders should not be an issue. |

Yellow Admiral – your link didn't work for me. It looks like the domain name has just been registered? Perhaps somebody at Donnington forgot to renew it? Evidently the nameserver changes haven't propagated to my area yet. It can take up to a day or two for the whole internet to catch up. If that is indeed the problem. Hope it is. I've always liked Donnington figures and it would be a shame for them to disappear. |

Just received an order from them, so yes, they are still in business. |

Both links work for me and the first is the one I have had bookmarked for years. Now the side menu there doesn't get to the actual shop, but the big red 'click here to enter shop' does. Been about a year and a half since I ordered anything, but the site seems fine. |

That's funny. I live in the USA, and have tried it in Chrome and Internet Explorer, using both my computer and my phone. You can get to the main page but clicking shop doesn't lead to the product listing. Google produces the same result. |

I am using Pale Moon which is based on Firefox. Just to be sure, here is a screenshot -
The red bar (bottom center of page) with the yellow text opens the shop. |

This is the page you get when you hit the shop button: link |

Donnington are alive and well. They were at the York show about 10 days ago, answered an e-mail from me in the last few days, and I placed an order today. Yes there is a problem with the shop website, yes they are aware of it, and are trying to fix it. I couldn't access it via my home WiFi, but could via mobile data. I had cleared cookies, restarted machines and WiFi hub, none of which worked. Strange that I could access the shop via mobile data. |
