Yes, Atomic Rockets is an AWESOME part of Project Rho, but one should investigate many others. I'm particularly fond of the 3D star maps.

On the top of the page of StarCruiser's link, you'll see 'Main'. Click there and see some others including how to use those maps.

Here's a related site with Full Thrust's Tuffleyverse maps. Repeatedly click on 'Starmaps' to get to the ones Winchell did.
