Is anyone playing Congo with 4+ players? If so, any suggestions? Also, I note that there are some rulers and markers in plastic, etc for sale out of England. Anyone make similar in the USA? |

ONly problem is the decks need for each party. |

Can you just make extra decks? Or would that have too many people sitting around doing nothing for a long time? I'm wondering how large a game you can get going. Each player having 20-30 figs, can you get a game going multplayer to where you have over 100 figs per side? |

Too many game designers make excellent games for two players but do not consider that many gamers play with clubs. |

And particularly a game like this that has the adventure scrum type feel should be playable with a group. Factions. Campaign possibilities. Etc. I'm sure there is a way. Just wondered if anyone already tried it. |

We have played very good 4 player games using just the two decks About 10-15 figs per player works fine Clif |

I understand that one of the Two Fat Lardies entourage is developing a 'Darkest Africa' option. You will be able to use the same troop types and terrain and I expect that multiplayer games will be a breeze. I'll hunt out a link for you later on. |

It works great with 4 players, in fact, I think it's even more fun that way! Just roll dice each round to determine initiative order. Or you could just get some cards numbered 1 to 4 and deal them each turn to decide initiative. In fact, one of the scenarios included with the rule book is for 3 or 4 players. Kraken Skulls makes counters and movement sticks. You can download and print an alternative style (but functionally identical) set of cards from here: link |
