My latest blog covers my efforts to paint a model of Papelotte by Sarissa Precision. It's designed to be part of a demo game loosely based on the action in that area at Waterloo. I am grateful for the help received from TMP members when researching the project. I hope that it is useful.

That is really nice work. What source(s) did you use for the layout and construction.

Scale?

It is 28mm (or 1/56 if you prefer…).

Hi Rallynow, Thank you for your comments. The model is a laser cut MDF kit produced by Sarissa precision- full details are in the blog. There is some doubt as to the accuracy of the gate. The contemporary illustrations that I managed to find don't show the raised gate house and of course the gate house has now been modified to include a Belvedere, that was not present at the time of the battle. The model is also probable more square than the actual farm house. Those concerns aside, I think that it is an impressive model and more than suitable for wargaming purposes. I hope that this helps.
