Hello ,

is the sci fi range of figures from Heroics and Ros available ?

Any photos of them ?

First I have heard of any such thing. You could contact them. They are good about replying to emails.

Where did you hear this?

From an old 1997 Navwar catalogue , 12 packs , spacemen, androids, humanoid aliens and robots.

These were part of a rÓnge called Galactic Marines created by a fellow from Port Coquitlam BC. Canada, they were to be the first of a whole range of figures, vehicles and flyers and the owner had written a set of rules by the same name and where quite good for 1977, it seems that after the first 12 packs tere was no more development on the range, H&R continued producing them since the rules were using the modern range as militia for the various factions

When Navwar acquired H&R they had them in their catalogue

When Navwar sold to the current H&R owner I sent him an email to enquire about those 12 packs and if he had the molds but did not get an answer back.

These were quite nice, were actually 5 mm and had a Flash Gordon look.

Hope we could purchase them again

Well I just forwarded this thread as a link to his email. Lets see what happens. Anyone want to post pictures either of the packs you have (Templar2) or from the Navwar catalog. Flash Gordon look would be retro cool!

Hi Yes the mould exist and we have run them and they are fine. There are as you say 12 types of figures. They are being painted and will be added to the shop later in the year. I will try and post some pictures on our Facebook face.

Good news,

Purchaser will be happy with them. H&R, would you be interested in a copy of the original rule book published in 1977 by G.R.Barnard doing business as War Games Simulation.
It included a list of future releases and which modern vehicles to use as militia
