They look like the markers that came in the Call of Cthulhu LCG box. |

Can't remember where I got them … I'll see if I can find where. The bases are just some of old GW of different sizes. The decals are also old GW Chaos … The troopers for scale are GW Epic IG Stormtroopers … Here they are … all camo'd up …
And yes they are Cthulhu figs. And I found where I got them … On eBay ! auction |

Thanks CW ! I just base painted the troopers with a shade of tan. Then : A light wash of a GW brown Wash . Then used old GW brown then green ink. Applied by flicking the inks from an old tooth brush at various distances. Then did a little touch up with paints of similar colors and the inks. This is a method, you just have to "play with" a bit to get it to your liking, etc. |
