I believe, as with much of their 1/35th, they are looking to redo some of those discontinued items. |

Like many of the large manufacturers, they cycle their products through. They are rarely OOP for long. |

I'm very pleased to see that. The Churchill was one of the most common WWII armoured vehicles not available in 1/48 (another obvious gap is an M3 or M5 half track). The Tamiya kits do seem to come back into production every few years. It took me a couple of years to find a Panther, but I've found everything else easily enough (in the UK). |
