It says at the end it was Commands and Colors Ancients: This was a total experimental battle. The core rules engine was the Commands & Colors: Ancients rules, but I also had a custom deck of tactics cards I created for each army. Each army started with three special tactics cards, but I was using the dice from Battlelore, so one side (they are D6) has the lore symbol. When you accumulated three (I started at two, but that wasn't enough) lore, you could buy another tactics card. |

Yes, C&C Ancients using Battlelore dice and my own unit ratings and custom tactics deck. Frankenrules…but hey, they worked really well. |
