I bought several sets of 1/32 factory painted WWII hard plastic figures from 21st Century Ultimate Soldier. One of the figures arrived with its head broken off. I tried putting it back on with super glue and it would not hold or even get tacky. I also tried plastic model glue. Any suggestions for what type of glue to use? The figures cost around $4.00 USD each, so I am loath to throw it away.

JB Weld should do it. You need a 2 part epoxy.

I agree. A two part epoxy will do it.
