Extra Crispy once wrote: Having a table you can leave set up is a nice luxury. Many of our games run over 2 or 3 evenings. Are you generally able to leave your game set up for another evening? |

I bought a Geek Chic gaming table for my dining room for that reason. You have to mark and remove some taller elements to "plank over" the top for the interim, but unless we are talking Necromunda scenery, it works. |

Absolutely. Our group has two dedicated game rooms that can have multi-day games. |

No. I have two different groups play on my table. Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. |

Miniatures no, I have a game table that is usually covered with a boardgame that runs for up to 6 months however. |

Yes with a caveat. We play in my garage which is a generous two car garage. Most of my gaming stuff are on shelves on one side of the garage and I still have room for two cars. It is insulated and heated. I can leave a game set up and have done so, but I get nervous with our cars parked on the driveway. The city I live in has a ridiculously high crime rate. It is close to the top when it comes to the number of stolen and vandalized vehicles. Houses with basements are very rare in this part of the country. |

No basement. No garage. No loft. You will remove an unfinished game from the dining room table right after you carve out my heart with a rusty d6. SWMBO is Ok with that. |

Yes, always. Realistic, historically accurate wargames (as much as possible) coupled with well painted figures and superb terrain over fast play rules…always! |

Yes, the garage is were my table is set up. I sometimes test scenarios before playing on the weekend. An hour of playtesting after dinner for a couple of evenings, make the adjustments and the table is ready to go for the weekend. |

Yes. Table for miniatures and a table for a board game. |

Nope, I have a 6x12 foot table, usually set up Friday night, played on Saturday 9am till 4pm, then take down as my wife wants her living room back. My dream is my own building out back so I can leave this table up. |
