"JTFM delivering?" Topic

Placed an order in October, still haven't received anything.

Contacted them 3 times already, it's being sent "next week".

I am ok to support small companies and all but somehow I'd like to know if I have to write off the order or still cling to shreds of hope…

So, do they deliver?

I would put in a complaint with your Credit Card company. If they deliver that is great, if not you are covered. I think there is a 3 month (90 day?) time frame for such complaints, might be more, might be less. I always file them if I don't have a shipping notice within a month – that is more than long enough to have my money.

That seems to be SOP or JTFM. for My last order took 6 months with at least three emails where He claimed to have sent my order before I actually got my order.

Nice models but the worse customer service ever.

My order was only two vehicles so not like it would have taken long to cast.

Notoriously slow supplier but usually does supply in the end from what I have heard from customers here in the UK.

Bought from him before, delivery is always several times long overdue. He's overstretched filling big commercial orders. It always came through eventually.

bah, that's a pity. I really would like to support the smaller guys, but somehow it is slightly beyond the reasonable.

I will wait a bit more and send a friendly reminder again. Just wish that the supply could match the offering :(

I know he has been having issues with supply of raw materials of late and has been working hard through the backlog.

My experience too. Lovely product, but make sure you buy it from a reseller who has it in stock.

Tod, 'of late' issues are irrelevent, fulfillment times have been this way for several years now.

Nice kits, if you're willing to wait have a year or so to get them.

Eventually got my stuff. Very nice. Just took a few months…
