These are the old TTG range!! I was casting those in Des Moines, Iowa 35 years ago!!

I can understand that you might want these to supplement existing armies or that some might just love the style, but I reckon otherwise that time has moved on (a lot).

I can see these being quite a popular re-release for those gamers who want true 15mm Napoleonic figures. The details look quite crisp and the poses are quite good. Very similar in style to my Essex 15mm Naps

Well, I have seen a few asking for them.

These have been known by various names over the years. I think they were "Wildly Inspired" at one pint when I bought them.

But AussieAndy has it right: these are definitely showing their age.

The late Bob Conners of TTG in the UK had these commissioned. I first cast these under license under the name alliance miniatures.

They are cute, but not for everybody. I like them.

Remind me of the old Heritage Napoleonettes range.

I have loads of those in my armies. Other than having very large headgear they were excellent figures. I may have to get some more!

Like GatorDave, I have lots of these in my Russian Napoleonic army and a Westphalian force. When I bought these, from Bob Connor's shop in Nottingham in the 1980s, they were some of the nicest 15 mm around and they painted up really well, those big hats made it easy to pick out details! Might buy a few to top up existing units, but, as people have noted, things have moved on and they don't really compare with the likes of AB or even Blue Moon and CGM.

Bob Connors was a great guy and a real gentleman. I will never forget his trademark response to most questions -- "YUP"
