Westphalians did indeed do so.

Stick a "bell topped" shako on anyone in overalls and they will look very French

They must be Westphalians, Steve barber does not do any Wurtemburger, and he is working on his new westphalian range, light troops in skirmish position. Reminds me to order some more of Steve's figures when i find the time.
