The Americans have been defeated at Sheboygan. General McIntyre and Captain Patton have managed the keep the retreating American forces from turning into a total rout by force of will, and by exuding hope and assiduity of a final victory against the invaders. A battle report from the universe of All Quiet on the Martian Front. Baited Trap, the Battle for Waukegan, Illinois link enjoy |

Wow! What a battle! Very impressive and nicely done! Your Tesla gun was just as effective as the one aboard the Albuquerque! |

I think the Albuquerque can take a hit though. |

Great AAR! As someone who lives near Waukegan, I shall keep an eye out for errant tripods in the area. |

Start digging in the "Grinder" on the Navy base. There is bound to be artifacts buried there. Be wary of unexploded munitions though :) |

No it is not. With the exception of the missing tracks, it pretty much is straight out of the box. |

Is that Marvin the Martian ? There in the middle of the Tripods ? |
PHGamer | 22 Jan 2018 6:08 a.m. PST |
Yes, Legion, that is Marvin the Martian. And to his left, a drone painted as K9. |

Question, how do you just insert an image on this forum? And for the full story of the Red Martian, here is a link. link The story in the rule book is obviously Yankee propaganda :) The really true story, however was when I was showing off the early tripods to my wife, and she asked, "Are you going to paint one like Marvin the Martian?" There was a while the idea sunk in. She thought that she had horribly offend my sense of propriety. Then I replied, "How can I NOT paint one like Marvin the Martian!" I even had a spare drone for K-9. The rest may not be canon, but it is history :) I still have 3 unpainted tripods, still in the shrinkwrap. As the games went, I didn't feel I needed more Martians. But I have thought of painting another Marvin as some sort of copy cat. But now I am thinking of painting a Minion Martian. Is that too much? Or is it just plain silly? |
