Have you seen the new game "Gaslands" published by Osprey Games?

Excerpt from Article

Personally, I would describe this game as a miniatures game that combines elements from X-Wing, Car Wars and other games into a Post-Apocalyptic Vehicular Arena / Death Race type of game. In it, you can purchase vehicles, weapons, and extra crew members to help you win in the arena games and further their careers.

I would describe Gaslands as a value based game. The rules are extremely affordable and all you need to get into the game is some 6-sided dice, the rulebook and some dinky cars. In terms of final costs, you can easily be "all-in" for $20 USD to $40 USD (perhaps for even less if you have kids and invade their toy chest). Ideally, you would also have some weapons in your ‘bits box' to customize your new toy cars.

I ordered it on Friday. I expect it here next week. I am working on 5 cars this weekend. I'm going to go for the post apocalyptic look over the futuristic chrome style. It is going to finally give me the chance to do real weathering on vehicles. I bought a Panzer Aces weathering set along with some more plasti-card for the kit bashing. I'm really intrigued by the low bar for entry on this game. I've been trying very hard to add more games to my repertoire. My game group is having a fun time rotating through many different things each week. This should be perfect.

I have been working on some terrain bits for Gaslands and finished this new ride last night.

I've been working on my cars the last few weeks. I finally have a use for all my old Starseige Rebellion bits.

Say Stan, how much would postage to Canada be for your Gaslands Special? I'm optimistic that it might be cheaper than the usual flat $22 USD? I realize anything leaving the US is hit with outrageous postage fees, which is sadly why I never buy anything from the States now.

But your armour and weapons for Gaslands are very tempting!

I recommend Stan Johansen. Good stuff at a good price.

Tony S and anyone else in Canada first class uninsured postage to canada on the weapons special deal is $10.00 USD US
If your still interested send me an email and i can send you a pay pal money request for the correct amount. this postage will cover up to 8 road warriors packs.
