Looks like a nice layout. However, I don't think any place in the Ohio River Valley was as built up (European settlement) as that in 1755? Tom Semian |

Lovely looking game, but as Tom said, their scenario is a bit off as there were no settlers from either side in the Ohio valley in 1755. In fact, those English/Provincial troop pictured either weren't in existence or weren't on the continent in 1755 either. Still, a nice looking game. |

To add a bit further, most of the French and Indian raids on the frontier were either against isolated farms west of Carlisle, PA (the last real frontier town in PA), or were directed at the VA frontier – all post 1755 Braddock. The raids really ramped up in 1756 and 1757. Two excellent books on the subject: link and link |
