Could it be that I actually beat Tango this time. Definitely time for an order. I wonder if Forrest will produce some more personality figures for the War of 1812. How about a mounted President Madison with a brace of pistols as per Bladensburg. What War of 1812 personalty figures woud you like to see? link |

I honestly was fascinated to hear who Knuckleduster Dolly Madison was and how she acquired that name. I had visions of a Peninsular War camp follower, with an attitude. (like the old gag about a bloke's monkey eating 'is mate's 'at) |

OK, I'll feed you the line. "I don't like your attitude". |

Must be so weird for our Transatlantic cousins, who live in King George's lost colonies, currently still in rebellion against the crown….. I imagine you can work it out. Do a cockney accent… Bloke walks inoa pub wiv a monkey…right? Monkey 'ops upon the bar and 'e sees dis cloth cap…..
Absolutely nothing to do with Knuckleduster Dolly Madison, but she sounds a girl I would not have messed with….and I have met a few in my time.
