Hey Guys,
I found these and they look pretty much spot on,
just wondering if there was something I missed.

Fantasy Flight Games is actually releasing a 28mm Star Wars tabletop game, complete with stormtroopers:

But who wants to give Disney money after what they have done to Star Wars?

Better to go off brand or out of print, I say.

Is Dream Forge still in business? Posts on that website date 2014.I was surprised to see Wargames Factory US, Russian and German 28mm sets offered. Would be interested in Germans.

I've been pricing the Imperial assault about 3.50 each and the soon to be released fantasy Flight 7 for $24 USD booster pack
So these also come in packs of 20 for $50. USD
just really not looking forward to assembly

You could try some of my Space Gorillas if you want to monkey around and some REAL muscle.

Hockle, DFG is still in business.
Infact they just had a made Black Friday and XMas sale.
Great prices on their different lines including the troopers.

I've been pondering these Nexus Swat Team guys from Scotia-

Pleasingly Old School, which currently rather appeals to me since I am rather strongly rejecting all this new fangled Disney whatnot.

Grimm….Thank you for that information. Awhile back I checked on Ebay for the WGF Germans and there was a box offered for US$200!

I actually like the Dreamforge Eisenkern Stormtroopers more than the traditional SW ones. The DF Eisenkern ST's with their samurai/German-style stahlhelm helmets were inspired by the anime "Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade."

If you want real stormtroopers, try the ones from the Star Wars Miniatures (collectible) game from Wizards of the Coast. Lots of variety, and cheap on the secondary market.

Yes, the new Star Wars:Legion models look great, but they are noticeably larger than 28mm :-(

Cheers

The stock numbers that start with an 8 are Bones, a 5 means it's metal.
