For those like me disappointed with the DA Cavalry set, particularly the odd helmets provided, the word from Andy at GB is that each sprue in the forthcoming Goth Cavalry set will include six spangenhelms, some with plumes, and additional separate plumes for optional attachment to the plumeless helmets. So it will be possible to salvage the DA Cavalry set, and make your plastic Goth infantry more distinctively Gothic too. |

A couple more points: Given the Goths' historical use of scale armour I expect to see torsos from the Arab Heavy Cavalry set repeated. I do hope the horses won't be the same weird beasts as in previous cavalry sets, with those bizarrely elongated necks, but… |
