Now I know the long (and often 'chequered') history of BTD's customer service, but my last order in November 2017 arrived within three days, and an order I placed for thrirteen WW2 infantry packs on January 1st 2018 (a UK Bank Holiday) arrived, in full, on the 3rd! Even without it being immediately after the Christmas/ New Year break, and in one of their 50% off sales, I think that's pretty impressive! |
