It gets good reviews but I am using CURA 15.04.6 and happy with that. |

S3d was my Christmas gift to myself and it's worth the cost in my opinion. My print quality improved immensely from the first print using it. The support generation is amazing compared to Slic3r and Cura, multiple processes are a game changer for those low infill top layer issues and speeding up print times. And the single/narrow wall and bridging capabilities are so much better. |

It's simple to use and I have had good results. A nice touch is that all settings are included as comments in the beginning of the .gcode, so getting hold of a good gcode from s3d may be useful even if you use a different slicer. |

I tried it for 3 weeks as a trial, and could not get it to print a single thing. After messing with it for three weeks, I asked for my money back. I read lots of rave reviews, and thought it would be worth the price, but it was a total fail for me. |
