Tomorrow being the 155th anniversary of the battle of Stone's River/Murfreesboro got me thinking. There are scholars who maintain the bloodiest single day of the War was the 31st, but because it lasted two days no one can be certain. Thoughts?

By the way, my group has gamed the battle several times and if things don't break for the Confederates at the beginning they are pretty much doomed.
