Our first meeting of Thame Gamers' Club will be in the function room at the Cross Keys, East Street, Thame, Oxfordshire, OX9 3JS. We start at 7PM on 18th January 2018. There is local interest in Saga, Bolt Action, Lion/ Dragon Rampant as well as GW rulesets. As we are a small town so have broadened the club out to include board, card and Role Playing Games (However we have yet to find a Games Master for RPGs). I will run an introductory game of Frostgrave on the first night and we will have a selection of board games available.
The club will meet on the 3rd Thursday of the Month from January 2018 and 1st Sunday of the Month from March (Starting at 1pm). Entry is free- just buy a drink at the bar. The pub has the best real ales and ciders in town IMHO. Thame Gamer's Club Facebook page: link Bring a game or book a place at a game in the thread for that evening. The page is open for posting anything about gaming in the local area so please sign up if you are running an event or want to find an opponent. |
