…deserved to be known.

"He was born in 1885 in the city of Gansu. He was a Calvary officer before the war and was also a Muslim. In the early 1930s the Japanese invaded northern China, however generalissimo Chiang decided not to fight them. General Ma said the equivalent of "Bleeped text that" and began launching raids on the Japanese. Eventually the japs asked him to betray his country for a big position in their army as well as lots of money. He accepted but he never did betray China. He slowly took money from the japs and armed his own forces. Then he betrayed the Japanese and started another war against them. One time, they killed his horse, so they thought they killed him as well. When they found out that he was still alive, allegedly the Japanese commander almost had a stroke. He countinued to fight the war until the end, but when the Chinese civil war started again he refused to fight the communists stating that "he did not want to kill his own countrymen…."
