I normally hate steampunk cosplayers (they usually look fake to me), but this particular one was brought to my attention, and is actually pretty practical and authentic looking (its the lady in the middle with the khaki jacket and Foreign Service Helmet):

Some possibilities:- Artizan link Foundry link Copplestone link Pulp Figures link Bombshell link Victoria Miniatures do some female heads in pith helmets if you want to do any conversions
