Hi All,

I heaven't done much VSF scratch building recently, been busy with other projects plus I have so much stuff I'm not sure how much more I really need!

Anyway a bullet shaped thermos I bought for part of my brother's Christmas present inspired me to build my own version of a 'Moon Cannon'…

More pictures and some 'VSF historical' blurb here…

Once again, a VSF gamer fills me with awe by scratch-building an inspiring and breathtaking creation for a period I have zero interest in gaming. Bravo, sir!

I *love* the gears.

Now I'm going to go spend some time looking at the rest of your blog.

I love the traction engine. Did you scratch build it?

Great looking model. This genre really lends itself to imaginative modelling like this.

The ability to take everyday objects and reimagine them as something else is a true creative gift!
