£18.78 GBP for that? that seem overpriced in the extreme unless I'm missing something? best bit.. "Kit does not include base".

Looks like one of the Lord of the Rings/War of the Ring 'Men of Khand', which would explain the GW pricing… In fact, those look rather … suspiciously like GW's Lord of the Rings range.
