Nope, not John T Chance. JW was still wearing his cavalry hat from (She Wore a Yellow Ribbon, Hondo, etc.) in Rio Bravo. This figure has him in a different (ie, cowboy) hat from a latter movie, maybe the War Wagon or something else from the 60s.
